Added option to automatically set the calculated price to $0 for ISBNs listed in ISBN Blacklist and skip fetching Amazon data. By default this option is enabled. Added option to use custom ISBN price and skip Amazon data fetching if a custom ISBN price is on file. By default this option is disabled.
